Our website grants you a non-exclusive limited license to use the Gravity Enhance services and products offered through our website (https://gravityenhance.com) by Gravity Enhance (the “services” and “products”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (the “license”).
Service Licensing
Gravity Enhance services are provided under these Terms & Conditions and any additional service-specific agreements.
Gravity Enhance License
When you first purchase a Gravity Enhance service plan, you will receive access to our enhancement services for the duration of your selected subscription period. At the end of your subscription period, your service will be automatically renewed for the same duration (called a “Renewal Subscription”) unless you take one of the following actions before the renewal date: cancel your subscription by turning off auto-renewal, your payment is unsuccessful, your payment is subject to fraud or chargeback, you request a refund according to Section 7, or Gravity Enhance cancels or suspends your subscription.
The Gravity Enhance service will be provided at the level you purchased and according to the descriptions on the pricing page at https://gravityenhance.com/pricing/, which may be changed by Gravity Enhance at any time. You are not allowed to downgrade your service plan during an active subscription period, but you can upgrade it by paying a pro-rated amount based on the remaining days of your subscription. Pro-rated credits are only available for active subscriptions, and are not available for canceled or transferred subscriptions.
You are not allowed to use the Gravity Enhance services beyond the scope and limitations of your purchased service level, as stated on the pricing page at https://gravityenhance.com/pricing/.
We do not support reselling Gravity Enhance services as part of your own software-as-a-service offering.
Service Delivery
After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with access instructions and your service details. This may take up to 24 hours to arrive, but usually happens within a few hours of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us. You may then access your Gravity Enhance dashboard to manage your services and receive support.
Automatic Service Updates
Service improvements and updates are automatically applied to all active subscriptions. You may not share or resell access to your Gravity Enhance account or services.
Service access is provided for the term of your active subscription. After your subscription expires, you will need to renew in order to continue receiving services and support.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our services, tools, or proprietary methods. All services and related intellectual property are the property of Gravity Enhance. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our services.
Site Content
All site content, including imagery, documentation, and proprietary methodologies published on GravityEnhance.com is the property of Gravity Enhance. Any replicated site content must be authorized in advance. Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Gravity Enhance.
Refunds
We will be happy to offer a refund within the first 30 days of your initial service purchase. Refund requests must include your account email address, the date of purchase, and the original purchaser’s information. Requests with incomplete or inaccurate information will be disregarded.
REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GRANTED FOR THE ORIGINAL SERVICE PURCHASE and DO NOT APPLY to service upgrades or renewal subscriptions. No partial refunds will be granted for service downgrades, early termination, or unused portions of service periods. Refund requests may take up to 15 days to process. Refunds are not guaranteed. All refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Gravity Enhance.
Absolutely no refunds will be given after 30 days from the original purchase. Please note that by purchasing our services, you agreed to these Terms & Conditions including the Refund Policy.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on these criteria, you may request a refund by contacting our support team.
Support
Gravity Enhance offers services “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like or will be compatible with all third-party components, plugins, or custom configurations. We provide support for our services but do not offer general WordPress support or support for third-party plugins we have not developed.
Support is offered to customers with active Gravity Enhance subscriptions. Your subscription gives you access to our support resources and service documentation.
Support and service access are provided for the term of your active subscription. After your subscription expires, you will need to renew in order to continue receiving support and services.
The service account is registered to the email address of the original purchaser. The original purchaser (account holder) retains the rights to the account even if the account is renewed or upgraded by another party. Only the account holder is permitted to request support or access service resources.
Account holders cannot distribute, freely give away, or resell their service access. Service accounts are only transferable by contacting us and requesting an official transfer to a new owner. Services are intended to be used for the account holder’s websites and projects. Client project usage is permitted in situations where the account holder maintains an ongoing relationship with the client as a consultant or service provider.
Providing Gravity Enhance services as a resold service or as part of a web hosting solution does not constitute an ongoing client/consultant relationship under these terms.
Account holders are not permitted to re-post support content, documentation, or proprietary methodologies on any external websites, social media outlets, etc. Posting screen captures of this content is also prohibited. Violation will be grounds for immediate termination of the service account and all access to services will be discontinued.
Transactional Emails
Gravity Enhance may occasionally send you email notifications related to your service account. These transactional emails may include notification of service changes, changes to our Terms & Conditions, subscription expiration notices, and other transactional emails related to your purchase of Gravity Enhance services. By purchasing our services, you agree to receive these transactional emails.
Account Suspension
Gravity Enhance reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a service account with or without notice. If an account is suspended, no refund will be granted.
Service Warranty
Our services are designed to enhance Gravity Forms functionality on standard WordPress installations. We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins, themes, or custom configurations. We are not responsible for any plugin or theme compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to support our services as best we can, and we will provide support for third-party conflicts at our discretion or as time allows. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of using our services.
Pricing/Billing
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on the website.

Arbitration
If you have any issues with us or our services, we’ll need to sort it out through arbitration, not in court. This means a neutral arbitrator (not a judge or jury) will help us resolve the dispute under the American Arbitration Association’s rules. You’ll have to cover your own costs, and we both agree to keep things confidential. Also, you can’t join a class action or similar type of lawsuit; it’s just you and us, one-on-one. By using our services, you’re saying you agree with this arrangement.
General
The preceding Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of Gravity Enhance services between you (the buyer) and Gravity Enhance. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with our Terms & Conditions. Please notify us prior to placing an order if you disagree with any of our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to alter these Terms & Conditions at any time for any reason.
