As part of our enhancement services, Gravity Enhance may require temporary access to your WordPress environment to:

  • Analyze your current Gravity Forms setup

  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support

When providing enhancement services, we may temporarily access:

  • Your WordPress configuration and settings
  • Gravity Forms configuration and form structures
  • Plugin and theme information for compatibility testing

  • Form submission data only when specifically required for enhancement implementation

Data Protection During Service Delivery

  • Limited Access: We only access data necessary to complete the requested enhancement services
  • Temporary Access: Access credentials are used only for the duration of service delivery and are securely deleted afterward
